How soon will it arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and most arrive within 2–5 working days, fully tracked, from our UK warehouse.
Is it hard to use on my own?
No. At 1.5 lbs it’s designed for one-handed use so you can reach your own back, shoulders and legs without help.
Which head should I start with?
Start with the round head on large muscle groups at a low speed, then switch to the taper head for specific knots and trigger points.
Why percussion reaches what stretching can’t
The problem with tight muscle
After hard training or a long day at a desk, muscle fibres stay contracted and circulation drops. Stretching pulls the whole muscle, but it can’t target the dense, localised knot that’s actually causing the tightness.
What percussion does differently
A high-torque brushless motor drives the head rapidly in and out, delivering repeated pressure pulses deep into the tissue. That direct, concentrated input is what lets you work a specific spot — a calf knot, a tight trap, the sole of your foot — rather than the whole limb.
Why the motor matters
Torque is what stops the head stalling when you press into dense muscle. A weak motor bounces off; a high-torque brushless motor keeps driving under pressure, which is the difference between a surface tickle and genuine deep-tissue work.
Four heads, so every muscle gets the right tool
Round head
Large muscle groups — back, legs and glutes. Your default starting point.
Flat head
Overall muscle relaxation and general flexibility work.
Taper head
Deep tissue, joints and trigger points. For pinpointing a specific knot.
U-shape head
Neck, spine and Achilles — areas that need pressure either side, not on top.
Who it’s for
If you train
Warm up before a session and cut down the stiffness that follows a heavy one.
If you sit all day
Desk work tightens shoulders, neck and hips. Ten minutes resets them.
If you’re on your feet
Shift work and long days punish calves and soles. The taper head is built for it.

Questions, answered
Will it actually be strong enough for me?
The brushless motor is high-torque, which means it keeps driving when you press it into dense muscle instead of stalling. Start on a lower speed and work up — most people find the middle settings are plenty.
Can I use it if I’m not an athlete?
Yes. It’s just as commonly used for desk-related neck and shoulder tightness, or tired legs and feet after long days standing.
How long should a session be?
Around 10 minutes is typical — roughly 1–2 minutes per muscle group. Keep the head moving rather than holding it in one spot.
Is it safe to use every day?
It’s designed for regular use at a comfortable intensity. It is a general wellness device, not a medical one — if you’re pregnant, injured, have a medical condition or an implanted device, check with a qualified healthcare professional first, and stop if anything hurts.
How long does delivery take?
